We worked with Aicura by Accipio to develop two ILM leadership and management programmes at levels 3 and 5, which has now been delivered to approximately 89 of our people leaders. Delivered by highly experienced and credible trainers, the programmes included some stretching content which tested our managers and helped them to reflect on their practice and behaviours as people leaders. Aicura's programme came with some high quality materials and delegates benefited from a blended learning approach which included face to face delivery, individual reading and reflection, action learning groups and online support.
